An acupuncture happy hour session offers a simple treatment that does not require  intake forms or a diagnostic examination. The session is done in a group setting and requires no clothing to be removed. All is needed is a room with  chairs, mats and an willing heart to relax.  Simple. comfortable and enjoyable.

Once the needles are inserted in the ears, people are invited to relax. The treatment lasts 30-45  minutes.

Acupuncture and Massage

Acupuncture is an effective form of health care that has evolved into a complete and holistic medical system. Practitioners of acupuncture have used this non-invasive medical system to diagnose and help millions of people get well and stay healthy.
By inserting fine, sterile needles at specific acupoints on the body, energy is shifted, balanced and health is restored.

Does it hurt?

Many people are concerned that it will hurt. Because the needles are so tiny and not like the needles we are used to when we get injections, people tend to feel practically nothing. I tell people it feels less uncomfortable than a mosquito bite. You do feel different sensations, however your discomfort is minimal and many times you feel practically nothing. People are amazed the needles are actually in! You being comfortable and relaxed is very important to me.  We take it slow, we use your breath and you experience deep relaxation. Sound good?
Well, there is more!
